WEEKEND 3-DAY RENTAL

(Thursday-Saturday) - This package is best suited for weddings.

​TIMELINE: â€‹Includes 72 hour access to all parts of the venue.  ​

​

LAYOUT OPTIONS: Multiple ceremony and reception layouts are available with indoor and outdoor options. (Over 10,000 square feet of total space). 

​

CAPACITY: We can hold up to 250 guests with plenty of parking. 

 

VENUE ROOMS:

  • Kitchen Area:  Includes (2) microwaves, large sink, and fridge

  • Bridal Suite: Includes a Get-Ready-With Me Station & Private Bathroom 

  • Groom Suite: Includes Mirror, Couch, Chairs, & Private Bathroom 

  • Designated Bar Area

  • Indoor Ceremony Room: Includes hanging lights, stage, linens 

  • Indoor Reception Room: Includes hanging lights, stage, linens, private bathrooms

  • Outdoor Reception Patio: Includes hanging lights 

  • Outdoor Pergola: Includes Hanging Lights 

 

RENTAL INCLUDES:

  • ​​95 comfortable white folding chairs

  •  12 round tables

  • ​ 4 whiskey barrels

  •  2 wooden spools

  •  Wagon table that can be used as decor or as a cake stand

  • Rollable pallets that can be used as food servers â€‹

  • Massive Fireplace (that can be lit if needed)

  • Essential supplies: We provide toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and large garbage cans

PRICE:

  • Weekend 3 Day Rental Price:  $3,250 (Thursday-Saturday)

  • An optional clean-up package is available for $350. *Please note, if you plan on having alcohol at your event, the clean-up package is required. 

​​

TERMS:

  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and remainder of rental fee is due 30 days before event. â€‹

  • A security deposit of $1,000 is required and will be refunded following the event, provided no damages occur.​

​

BEST TIMES TO BOOK: 

While our venue does not have central heat and air on the lower level, we recommend booking your event between March-May or September-November for the most comfortable experience. However, we do offer central heat and air in our bridal and groom suites upstairs. Additionally, we provide two large fans and a grand fireplace to ensure a cozy atmosphere throughout your celebration, should you wish to book during the summer or winter months.

(Sunday-Wednesday) *or Thursday, depending on availability.* 

This package is best suited for corporate events.

​TIMELINE: â€‹Includes 48 hour access to all parts of the venue.  ​

LAYOUT OPTIONS: Multiple ceremony and reception layouts are available with indoor and outdoor options. (Over 10,000 square feet of total space).
